SMD’s workhorse is the fixed dollar contract. We like to do hard dollar bids by the foot of drift and ton of ore mined so you can determine your true costs and avoid project cost overruns due to time and material charges or other adders. Our hard dollar unit rates will typically represent 95 to 100% of what we invoice. You will know where you stand before we ever mobilize.

SMD will consider selling ore or metal. We will take the entire mine, including geology, engineering, development, and mining and sell to the client at a fixed price. With your orebody, this can be an extremely attractive option.
